Borokov Borokov is an Antwerp duo that disregards musical boundaries. Known for their eclectic style—ranging from angular synth-pop and hi-NRG to krautrock and acid house—their music is a constant experiment in danceability.

Their acclaimed releases on labels such as Magnetron and Rotkat have attracted attention from respected media like Crack Magazine (UK), XLR8R (US) and Libération (FR), and have received airplay on KCRW (US), Tsugi Radio (FR) and BBC Radio 6 (UK).

Their most recent EP, World War (EP, Magma Records, 2025), balances raw analog sequences, entrancing chants and hypnotic synth loops—a sound world that oscillates between attraction and repulsion within a post-apocalyptic dream.

Renowned for their notoriously chaotic live shows, Borokov Borokov have set festivals and clubs across Europe and beyond alight with their manic intensity, including CTM, Fusion, MOTH Club, Eurosonic, Pukkelpop, Best Kept Secret, Paradiso, Down The Rabbit Hole, Ancienne Belgique, Le Petit Bain, Le Sucre, Boiler Room and more. In 2020 they were part of the prestigious SHAPE platform.
