INFO
We bring you this splend id debut single from Belgian duo The Brown Acid .... TBA are new but we sure lik e what we've heard so far... 'Try Humanity' is a heady mix of falsetto vocals an d electro squelch that just oozes ghetto funk... taking it to the club, two heav yweights of the underground electronica music scene have been drafted in to add their unique take... Zomby's vitamin E Remix is a full on warped rave-up... heav y b-more drums, rapid-fire air horns and shimmering melodics make for a brillian t mix... American dubstep don Starkey steps up with a venomous revamp of 'Try Hu manity'... hard edged spaced out synth lines and street bass sounds glide over s tuttering beats... genius!
One has to take desperate measures when m ental deterioration lurks around the corner. Maybe that's why The Brown Acid hav e no memory of the recording sessions of 'Try Humanity', their debut single. The y had to act fast, without remorse. Without common sense. The Belgian electronic duo do remember the nerve-racking tension in the studio – the kind that m akes you climb up the walls. Which is exactly what The Brown Acid did. Fortunate ly, the beats were pumpin' and someone left a microphone on. You might wonder wh y rants like "I am Impatience / gonna make ya wish U were never born" surfaced, and so do the flabbergasted members of T.B.A. "We just had to get some bad mojo out", the guys say, somewhat perplexed. "Those lyrics, they came out of this aut omatic writing-thing. Think we're going to need a whole lot of painkillers to ge t over them. But I guess the track saved us from total breakdown". Anyhooo, you' ll find more psychotic ramblings on TBA's forthcoming album 'Run Into The Propel ler', a record that'll sport their luxurious mixture of electronic rock, pop, gh etto funk and skunk. So dance if you want to stay sane. We'll catch you at the n ext session.
