Greg Foat and Forest Law (Brownswood, Bongo Joe) collaborate on an epic concept album about life, death, painting and surfing. Inspired by the art and life of a local Isle of Wight artist and surfing legend Dave Gray.
The album philosophically chronicles the many aspects of surfing and surf communities.
This is the first album by Greg Foat to feature vocals throughout. Forest Law's lyrics are evocative and ethereal. Reminiscent of David Sylvian and Early Peter Gabriel
The album features:
Moses Boyd - drums
Idris Rahman - Tenor Saxophone
Tom Herbert - Bass
Greg Foat - Grand Piano, Fender Rhodes and Synthesisers
Forest Law - Vocals
