Best of Belgian Garage Mania! Volume One is an excellent compilation album highlighting gems from Belgian rock history. This time, we go back to the eighties and nineties of the past century, the heyday of the legendary independent label Boom! Records, founded by JP Van in 1987. The label was one of the largest continental independents, with a catalogue containing hundreds of singles and albums, mainly sixties-inspired guitar pop and rock from mainly Belgian bands.
The best tracks from the Boom! catalogue are now compiled on CD and contain 20 fantastic tracks deeply rooted in sixties and psychedelic vibes.
