For Token's next release, Singular Anomalies takes the reins for a release full of textural work and dissonance. These four tracks showcase the broad spectrum of sound design that encompass the Italian artist's unique style compiled as 'Allure', an unflinchingly bold addition to the label's discography.

'Jamm Bell' starts the EP off with a canyon-like soundscape, sifting through jazzy stabs incessantly with a tunneling rhythm to add to the psychosis. The A1 kicks things off appropriately, dealing in clear dancefloor effect with a touch of sonic absurdity to lock in tension. Coming in second is 'Vicaria', with a touch more of abrasion than its predecessor. Quick filter sweeping stabs burst through no-nonsensepercussion, on the edge of ignition throughout its almost six minute duration. A weapon for peaktime selections, 'Vicaria' adds an unprecedented level of anticipation to 'Allure'. The titletrack sees the birth of a Token classic; 'Allure' is a delirious sequence of chords that spirals downward for a crowd-haunting effect. The use of unconventional resonance in the synths and authority in the percussion make it more than an appropriate fit for Token. The last contribution to the EP is 'Vac è Press' - a record that breathes a bit more air than the former tracks. Pads fade past like spirits, with an extremely expressive rhythmic section. Structure on this conclusion is much more liquid, which seems appropriate given the more emotional focus that 'Vac è Press' brings to 'Allure'. Closing things meditatively but with precision, Singular Anomalies closes out his debut EP on Token with class.
